What is As-Samt
About?
All praise is due to Allâh, Lord of all the worlds. Peace
and blessings of Allâh be upon the Messenger of Allâh, his households and
companions.
“The HEARTS needs a word that soothes them
and the EARS need to hear words that
gladden the hearts and make them have peace and that widens the inner and outer
sights. It is a word that no time is enough to say it and no tongue can give it
its due whoever pens and papers strive to contain that. It is a word that the
Ummah is in most need of. In fact, the present terrible condition of Muslim
makes the Ummah's need for this word more compelling. They are in awful need to
treat this word, call unto it, reflect on it and accept it. This word is a talk
about the DIVINE PATH whose spring
never dries and whose bounty never ends.
It is a path which
Allâh (SWT) has chosen for the Muslim Ummah to control the lives of the
individuals and upon which the foundations of their societies should be built;
under a shade of a life full of happiness and peace and that will eventually
lead to eternal victory and bliss.”(Imâm al-Haram Shaykh Husayn ibn 'Abdul
'Azîz Aal Sheikh)
But unfortunately our Brothers and Sisters have deviated
from the path and have lost their ways. Many even still believe there are on
the path but they’ve been long lost, thus a direction (THE PATH) is needed to bring back our lost Brothers and Sisters.
With the Advent of mobile internet phones that allow
virtually everyone to be connected anywhere, anytime; we now have access to so
many information from Social to Politics, Religion, Health and so on. As-Samt,
is an Islamic blog for me and you which motives is to use the internet and
social network to facilitate the understanding and teachings of Islam from the QURAN, HADITH and SUNNAH to the
general UMMAH.
As- Samt, is
intended to serve as a direction to the DIVINE
PATH. This path is the path of the revelations: the QUR'ÂN and SUNNAH.
But the main question you should ask is “What is As-Samt”?
Uprightness in all matters and improved life in this world
and the Hereafter are all based on following the Qur'ân and Sunnah. Whoever
accepts the two has accepted all good and achieved the greatest desire.
Allâh says,
"Verily, this
Qur'ân guides to that which is most just and right." (Al-Isrâ 17 :9)
"And We sent down
of the Qur'ân that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe (in
Islâmic Monotheism)." (Al-Isrâ 17 :82)
"Whenever there
comes to you guidance from Me, and whoever follows My guidance, there shall be
no fear on them nor shall they grieve." (Al-Baqarah 2 :38)
As-Samt (السَمْتُ)
is an Arabic word meaning the Direction, Path, Road or Way. So literally
speaking, As-Samt is here to serve as The
Path to the Divine (Religion),
the path that guides (you and me) …to that which is most just and right. (Al-Isrâ
17 :9)
In another word As-Samt (السَمْتُ)
could be translated as Zenith, which means the highest point of
greatness, Just as As-Samt (السَمْتُ) is the path to the Divine, another
mission is to find means (in Halal ways) to raise and nurture
Muslims in the area of Entrepreneurship, Leadership Skills and Personality
Development and Skill Acquisition .
As-Samt (السَمْتُ)
is not a replacement to the Qur'ân or Hadith,
it’s just a source of knowledge, information and understanding of the
Revelations to every Muslims.
Our missions cannot be completed you, to complete this
